
The journey of Blue Skies began with a passion for holistic health. Our founders' experience in the NHS shaped their vision for a practise dedicated to natural therapies.
Doctors cannot themselves cure diseases, they can only act to assist nature’s healing efforts. Incorporating holistic practices, such as yoga, into your daily routines can support this healing.

Winter is such an important time to rest and revive so I am going to start out with offering a 6 week block of gentle yoga classes with a sound bath to close to aid deep relaxation.
