Discover Our Journey

Katy's Yoga Story

The journey of Blue Skies began with a passion for holistic health. Our founders' experience in the NHS shaped their vision for a practise dedicated to natural therapies.


Doctors cannot themselves cure diseases, they can only act to assist nature’s healing efforts. Incorporating holistic practices, such as yoga, into your daily routines can support this healing. 


Winters Rest Beginners Yoga Course

Winter is such an important time to rest and revive so I am going to start out with offering a 6 week block of gentle yoga classes with a sound bath to close to aid deep relaxation. 


Committing to a 6 week course helps us to get out of the house on these dark evenings, enabling us to receive real benefits. 


  • These will be gentle yoga classes designed to boost your mood and teach you some techniques to ease anxiety.
  • Gift yourself some time each week to de-stress and rest your body and mind.
  • Practising regularly helps your body more easily heal and improves circulation.
  • You will find more clarity, focus, strength and peace in your day to day life with these sessions. 
  • Your mood will lift and help you through this wintering season.
