Then this plan is for you. There are no scales. No calorie counting. This is your opportunity to re-discover your love of food. We will focus on what food you can eat to help support a healthy weight for you. 


Weight loss is not simply about what food we eat. We will look at incorporating movement, stress management and behaviour change techniques to really sustain your new habits.

As part of the Arun and Chichester Good Food Fortnight, come and enjoy a 2 course lunch, prepared by a Naturopathic Nutritionist, with like-minded people in your area. The aim of this gathering is to showcase how 'good', nutritious food can be affordable and accessible to everyone. It doesn't have to cost a fortune to create a healthy meal for you or your friends and family.


By sharing this meal with friends, old and new, you are already taking a step forward to improving your mental, physical and digestive health. Let's sit down together and discuss how you can take an extra step by knowing you can prepare and enjoy food that boosts your health and wellbeing without breaking the bank.


It is free to attend but please register so I know how much food to prepare.


Any donations on the day welcome to cover the cost of the food and hall hire.
